Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If you have received your purchase more than 15 days ago, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange.

For returns, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received. Items and gifts must be in their original packaging.

The following types of items are not eligible for return: items with signs of use, scratches, damage, or cracks.

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Delay or No Refund Received

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. The refund may take some time to be credited to your account.

Special Offers

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Special offer items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email support@fengshuiornaments.com and send your item to: Room 406, Building 11, Xindong Residential Area, Xindu District, Chengdu, China.

Return Shipping Costs

To return an item, please send it to: Room 406, Building 11, Xindong Residential Area, Xindu District, Chengdu, China.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning valuable items, we recommend using a trackable logistics service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
