Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If you have received your purchase more than 30 days ago, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange.
For returns, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received. Items and gifts must be in their original packaging.
The following types of items are not eligible for return: items with signs of use, scratches, damage, or cracks.
To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund Delay or No Refund Received
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. The refund may take some time to be credited to your account.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Special offer items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
To return an item, please send it to: Room 406, Building 11, Xindong Residential Area, Xindu District, Chengdu, China.
Regarding returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item to our warehouse in Chengdu, China. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective items. and paid directly to your courier at the time of pickup. Once we have received your returned package, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Thank you for your support and understanding.
If you are returning valuable items, we recommend using a trackable logistics service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
